    In various industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, shipbuilding, machine building, construction, transportation, and the oil industry, calibrated round bars are extensively utilized. The production process involves cold drawing, resulting in calibrated hot-rolled round bars that exhibit enhanced physical, mechanical, and plastic properties, thereby improving the overall quality and surface finish of the metal product. These calibrated round bars are available in different steel grades and adhere to the requirements outlined in GOST 7417-75 and DIN standards, with diameters ranging from 3 to 100 mm. For diameters up to 5 mm, calibrated round bars are supplied in coils, while diameters exceeding 5 mm are manufactured according to customer specifications.

    The length of calibrated bars varies between two and six and a half meters, depending on the specific requirements of low-alloy, carbon, automatic, or alloyed steel. High-alloyed steel bars are available in lengths ranging from 1.5 to 6.5 meters, with the length determined by the relevant standards applicable to their intended purpose.

    The production of calibrated steel employs the following steel grades:
